In mid-October, 2008, the Lutheran Retired Executive Group rented the entire Inn for three nights. This group of thirty individuals from all over the country met here in Vermont for their annual meeting. They had breakfast and dinners in the dining room. The also had meetings after breakfast in the dining room and before heading out to view some late fall foliage and touring of Central Vermont. Vermont Housing Finance Authority
The Vermont Housing Finance Authority held their annual meeting here at The Vermont Inn from November 20-21st, 2008 with overnight accommodations for everyone, private dinner in the restaurant, breakfast each morning, and private meeting space during the day. This was another successful business retreat here at The Vermont Inn.

About the Annex The Annex features 7 Bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. This new, custom-built, 4800-square-foot home sits on seven acres, with gorgeous mountain views. The home is on a short, town-plowed road, very easy access, no steep grades, and two large parking areas. Features include three bedrooms on the first floor, a king, a queen, and bunk room with computer desk and 2.5 bathrooms. A large Recreation room with 12-foot bar, pool table, sitting area with TV, a room with large hot tub, all with mountain views, and the laundry room. The second floor has three bedrooms, a king with a double futon, two queens, and three bathrooms. The 24 x 25 cathedral-ceiling living room has a marble fireplace with 42" plasma TV above. The living room and two bedrooms walk out to a large wrap-around deck. A large dining room with marble fireplace and open staircase. The kitchen has lots of counter and cabinet space, a plasma TV, and open breakfast bar which looks out to dining and living room. The third floor has a large super suite, king bed, sitting area with trundle bed (2 twins), TV, large bathroom with shower, corner jet spa bath, double sinks and makeup vanity, and a large walk-in closet. The suite also has French doors that open to a private balcony, overlooking the living room and the mountains.
